1 Scope
This standard specifies safety testing/inspecting items and their technical requirements for in-service winder system for coal mine (mine drum winder).
This standard is applicable to onsite testing and inspecting for in-service winder system for coal mine (including in-service winder hoist with barrel diameter 1.6m or above).
