本标准规定了金属非金属矿山主要负责人安全生产考核办法、内容，以及再培训考核的要求和内容。本标准适用于从事金属非金属矿开采的企业主要负责人的安全生产资格考核。从事金属非金属矿地质勘探、采掘施工、尾矿库运营管理的企业，以及开采河砂、砖瓦粘土、水气矿产的企业主要负责人的安全和产资格考核可参照本标准执行。本标准不适用于开采煤系硫铁矿以及与煤共生、伴生矿床的矿山企业的主要负责人的安全生产资格考核。

Scope

This standard stipulates the methods and content of safety production assessment for the main persons in charge of metal and non-metal mines, as well as the requirements and content of retraining assessment. This standard is applicable to the safety production qualification assessment of the main persons in charge of enterprises engaged in metal and non-metallic mineral mining. The safety production qualification assessment of the main persons in charge of enterprises engaged in geological exploration, mining and construction of metal and non-metallic minerals, and operation and management of tailings ponds, as well as enterprises that mine river sand, bricks, clay, and water and gas minerals, may refer to this standard. This standard does not apply to the safety production qualification assessment of the main persons in charge of mining enterprises that mine coal-based pyrite ore and coal-related or associated mineral deposits.
