本标准规定了金属非金属矿山安全生产管理人员安全生产考核办法，内容、以及再培训考核的要求与内容。本标准适用于从事金属非金属矿开采的企业安全生产管理人员的安全生产资格考核。从事金属非金属矿地质勘探、采掘施工、尾矿库运营管理的企业，以及开采河砂、砖瓦粘土、水气矿产的企业安全生产管理人员的安全生产资格考核可参照本标准执行。本标准不适用于开采煤系硫铁矿以及与煤共生、伴生的矿床的矿山企业安全生产管理人员的安全生产资格考核。

Scope

This standard specifies the safety production assessment methods and contents for metal and non-metal mine safety production management personnel, as well as the requirements and contents for retraining and assessment. This standard is applicable to the safety production qualification assessment of production safety management personnel of enterprises engaged in metal and non-metallic mineral mining. The safety production qualification assessment of the safety production management personnel of enterprises engaged in geological exploration, mining and construction of metal and non-metallic minerals, and operation and management of tailings ponds, as well as enterprises that mine river sand, bricks, clay, water and gas minerals, can refer to this standard. This standard does not apply to the safety production qualification assessment of the safety production management personnel of mining enterprises that mine coal-based pyrite and mineral deposits that are symbiotic and associated with coal.
