为规范石膏矿的开采，保障人民生命财产安全，依据有关法律、行政法规及参照有关行业技术标准、规范、规定，制定本规定。
本标准规定了石膏矿地下开采的安全技术要求。石膏矿地下开采应在满足《金属非金属矿山安全规程》（GB 16423-2006）相关规定的基础上，满足本标准的技术规定。
本标准仅适用于石膏矿的地下开采。
本标准不适用于石膏矿以外的其他金属非金属矿、煤矿等矿山的设计、建设和开采。
Scope
This standard specifies the safety technical requirements for underground mining of gypsum mines. Underground mining of gypsum mines should meet the technical provisions of this standard on the basis of meeting the relevant provisions of the "Safety Regulations for Metal and Non-Metal Mines" (GB/T 16423-2006). This standard only applies to underground mining of gypsum mines. This standard does not apply to the design, construction and mining of other metal and non-metal mines, coal mines and other mines other than gypsum mines.
