Scope

This standard mainly specifies the marine environmental conditions, test contents and test methods for filters and filter elements of ship hydraulic systems. At the same time, the test content and test methods of filter accessories (such as relief valves, pressure difference indicators, and switching valves) are also specified. Items related to the type test, factory test, and random inspection test of filters and filter elements are in accordance with the provisions of CB 1016-82 "Technical Conditions for Filters and Filter Elements in Ship Hydraulic Systems". Performance testing of filters and filter elements should be conducted in accordance with relevant national standards.
