本标准规定了修造企业高处作业的职责、作业人员的要求、安全设施、设备及及个体防护用品的要求、环境和管理要求。
本标准适用于船舶修造企业的高处作业，其他企业可参照执行。

Scope

This standard stipulates the responsibilities of shipbuilding and repairing enterprises working at height, requirements for operators, requirements for safety facilities, equipment and personal protective equipment, environmental requirements and management requirements. This standard is applicable to high-altitude operations of shipbuilding and shipbuilding enterprises, and other enterprises can refer to it for implementation.
