Scope
This standard specifies the classification, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking and packaging of suction coarse water filters (hereinafter referred to as filters) whose flange connection dimensions and sealing surfaces are in accordance with GB/T 569 and GB/T 2501. This standard applies to the design, manufacture and acceptance of filters for ships' seawater and freshwater pipeline systems.
