Scope

This standard specifies the classification, requirements, inspection methods, inspection rules, packaging and storage of marine auxiliary steam boiler water level gauges. This standard applies to the manufacture and acceptance of auxiliary boiler water level gauges with design pressures not greater than 2.5 MPa and temperatures not higher than 225°C.
