本标准规定了船舶食品、饮水、淡水和人员及行李重量的计算定额。
本标准适用于1000总吨及以上的民用海洋船舶的设计，小于1000总吨的民用海洋船舶的设计可以参照使用。不适用于帆船和机帆船的设计；从事捕鱼或类似作业的船舶的设计；水翼艇和气垫船等高性能船舶的设计。

Scope

This standard specifies the calculation quotas for ship food, drinking water, fresh water, personnel and baggage weight. This standard is applicable to the design of civil marine ships with a gross tonnage of 1,000 and above. The design of civil marine ships with a gross tonnage of less than 1,000 can be used as a reference. This standard does not apply to the design of sailing and motor sailing vessels, vessels engaged in fishing or similar operations, hydrofoils and hovercrafts.
