Scope

This standard specifies the classification and marking, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, packaging and storage of low-pressure crude oil filters (hereinafter referred to as oil filters) with flange connection dimensions and sealing surfaces in accordance with CB/T 4196 and GB/T 2501. This standard applies to the design, manufacture and acceptance of oil filters for fuel and lubricating oil pipeline systems.
