本指导性技术文件规定了船舶管装生产设计的依据和基本要求、管路布置要求、管系设备布置要求、管子通过船体结构的要求、船舷通海阀和排出口安装要求、管子吊架、绝缘包扎、管系安装要求以及检验项目等。
本指导性技术文件适用于大中型船舶管系的布置和安装，特种类型船舶及小型船舶可参照使用。

Scope

This guiding technical document specifies the basis and basic requirements for ship piping production design, pipeline layout requirements, piping equipment layout requirements, requirements for pipes passing through the hull structure, installation requirements for shipside sea valves and discharge outlets, pipe hangers, insulation Bandaging, piping installation requirements and inspection items, etc. This guidance document is applicable to the layout and installation of piping systems on large and medium-sized ships, and can be used as a reference for special types of ships and small ships. This technical guidance document does not apply to the layout and installation of ventilation duct systems and plastic pipes.
