Scope
This procedure provides unified procedures for the thermal performance acceptance test, noise test and droplet loss test of circulating water cooling towers, as well as the measurement methods of various parameters and the processing methods of test data. This procedure is applicable to the acceptance test of wet cooling tower installation sites, and is not applicable to the acceptance test of dry cooling towers, wet and dry cooling towers and jet cooling towers. Non-acceptance cooling tower tests may be performed with reference to this procedure.
