Scope
This specification applies to the design, construction and acceptance of reinforced concrete, prestressed concrete and plain concrete structures that need to be reinforced due to improper design or construction, material quality that does not meet requirements, changes in use functions, disasters and durability. For the reinforcement of concrete foundations, underground structures and special structures, the reinforcement of structural damage caused by chemical corrosion, and the seismic reinforcement of structures in earthquake zones, they should still comply with the corresponding reinforcement technical specifications.
