1. Comprehensive Biological Toxicity Monitoring
The standard incorporates two biological early warning technologies for the first time:
- Luminescent bacteria method: verified by zinc ion EC50 (error ≤5%), CF value must be controlled between 0.6-1.8
- Fish behavior method: zebrafish behavior analysis sensitivity reaches 0.05TU, requiring 25fps high-speed camera
2. Intelligent operation and maintenance system
Establish a three-level data validity review mechanism:
- Equipment self-check: automatically mark over-range/fault data
- Manual review: daily check for abnormal fluctuations
- Quality control comparison: weekly standard sample calibration (e.g. chlorine meter requires 0.05-1.0mg/L two-point calibration)

- Cleaning the turbidity meter with hydrochloric acid once a week
- Calibration of the UV absorber with potassium hydrogen phthalate standard solution every month
