CJ/T 183-2008 in English

本标准自实施之日起代替CJ/T 183-2003《钢塑复合压力管》。
本标准规定了钢塑复合压力管（以下简称复合管）的定义、分类和标记、材料和结构、要求、测试方法、检验规则和标志、产品使用说明书、包装、运输与贮存。
本标准适用于城镇和建筑内外冷热水、饮用水、供暖、燃气、特种流体（包括工业废水、腐蚀性流体，煤矿井下供水、排水、压风等）、排水（包括重力污、废水排放和虹吸式屋面雨水排放系统）输送用复合管以及电力电缆、通信电缆、光缆保护套管用复合管。
与CJ/T 183-2003比较，主要内容变化如下：
——增加了复合管在煤矿井下供水、排水、压风等特种流体领域的应用；
——增加了复合管在重力污、废水排放和虹吸式屋面雨水排放系系统的应用；
——增加了复合管在电力电缆、通信电缆、光缆保护套管领域的应用；
——对“规范性引用文件”进行了修订；
——对公称外径的符号进行了修订；
——增加了平均外径、最小平均外径、最大平均外径；
——将最大工作压力修订为最大允许工作压力；
——增加了公称压力；
——对符号进行了修订；
——对复合管公称压力及分类进行了修订；
——对热熔胶的指标进行了修订；
——对复合管的颜色要求进行了修订；
——对复合管按压力等级重新进行了分类；
——对短期静液压强度进行了修订；
——对爆破强度进行了修订；
——增加了对复合管表面电阻、酒精喷灯燃烧、静摩擦系数、连接密封性、氧指数和环刚度的要求；
——增加了对排水用复合管燃烧毒性指数的要求；
——对钢管焊缝强度进行了修订；
——对扩口工具尺寸进行了修订；
——对出厂检验抽样方案进行了修订；
——对型式检验周期进行了修订；
——对型式检验项目进行了修订。

Scope

This standard specifies the definition, classification and labeling, materials and structure, requirements, test methods, inspection rules and signs, product instructions, packaging, transportation and storage of copper-plastic composite pressure pipes (hereinafter referred to as composite pipes). This standard applies to hot and cold water, drinking water, heating, gas, special fluids (including industrial wastewater, corrosive fluids, underground coal mine water supply, drainage, compressed air, etc.), drainage (including gravity sewage, wastewater discharge and Composite pipes for siphon roof rainwater drainage system) transportation and composite pipes for power cables, communication cables, and optical cable protective sleeves.
