本标准为第一次制定。本标准的编写主要参考了GB/T 18742.1 -2002《冷热水用聚丙烯管道系统第1部分:总则》、GB/T 18742.2 -2002《冷热水用聚丙烯管道系统第2部分:管材》等标准，同时参考了GB/丁18475-2001《热塑性塑料压力管材和管件用材料分级和命名总体使用(设计)系数》,DIN 8077:1997((聚丙烯管材》,DIN 8078:1997((聚丙烯管材(PP-H,PP-B,PP-R)的质量要求及测试》,GB/T 18997.1-2003《铝塑复合压力管第1部分:铝管搭接焊式铝塑管》等标准的部分内容。本标准规定了无规共聚聚丙烯(PP-R)塑铝稳态复合管的定义、符号、缩略语、使用条件级别、产品分类、管系列S值的选择、材料、要求、试验方法、检测规则和标志、包装、运输、贮存。本标准适用于冷热水管道系统，包括工业及民用冷热水、饮用水及热水采暖、中央空调系统等。本标准不适用于灭火系统。

Scope

This standard specifies the definition, symbols, abbreviations, usage condition levels, product classifications, and pipe series S of random copolymerized polypropylene (PP-R) plastic-aluminum composite pipes (hereinafter referred to as PP-R plastic-aluminum composite pipes) Value selection, materials, requirements, test methods, testing rules and markings, packaging, transportation, and storage.
