本标准为第一次制定。本标准的编写主要参考了GB/T 18742.1 -2002《冷热水用聚丙烯管道系统第1部分:总则》、GB/T 18742.2 -2002《冷热水用聚丙烯管道系统第2部分:管材》等标准,同时参考了GB/丁18475-2001《热塑性塑料压力管材和管件用材料分级和命名总体使用(设计)系数》,DIN 8077:1997((聚丙烯管材》,DIN 8078:1997((聚丙烯管材(PP-H,PP-B,PP-R)的质量要求及测试》,GB/T 18997.1-2003《铝塑复合压力管第1部分:铝管搭接焊式铝塑管》等标准的部分内容。本标准规定了无规共聚聚丙烯(PP-R)塑铝稳态复合管的定义、符号、缩略语、使用条件级别、产品分类、管系列S值的选择、材料、要求、试验方法、检测规则和标志、包装、运输、贮存。本标准适用于冷热水管道系统,包括工业及民用冷热水、饮用水及热水采暖、中央空调系统等。本标准不适用于灭火系统。


Scope

This standard specifies the definition, symbols, abbreviations, usage condition levels, product classifications, and pipe series S of random copolymerized polypropylene (PP-R) plastic-aluminum composite pipes (hereinafter referred to as PP-R plastic-aluminum composite pipes) Value selection, materials, requirements, test methods, testing rules and markings, packaging, transportation, and storage. This standard applies to hot and cold water pipeline systems, including industrial and civil hot and cold water, drinking water and hot water heating, central air conditioning systems, etc. This standard does not apply to fire extinguishing systems.
