本标准规定了超高分子聚乙烯钢骨架复合管材（以下简称“复合管”）的术语和定义、符号、分类和标记、结构和材料、规格、要求、试验方法、检验规则、标志、运输和贮存。
本标准适用于输送城镇用水、燃气、特种工业流体（如原油、化工溶液、矿浆、工业废水、固体粉末、低温液体）等介质的复合管材。

Scope

This standard specifies the terms and definitions, symbols, classification and marking, structure and materials, specifications, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage of ultra-high molecular polyethylene steel skeleton composite pipes. This standard is applicable to composite pipes for transporting media such as urban water, gas, and special industrial fluids (such as crude oil, chemical solutions, slurries, industrial wastewater, solid powders, and cryogenic liquids).
