本标准规定了游泳池及水疗池用循环水泵(以下简称水泵)的型式、型号、结构特征及分类、基本参数、材料、要求、试验方法、检验规则、标志、包装、运输和贮存。本标准适用于游泳池、水疗池、温泉池及热水按摩浴盆等工程中的单级端吸的塑料离心水泵和金属离心水泵机组。塑料水泵的输送水温不应超过50 ℃;金属水泵的输送水温不应超过100 ℃。
Introduction
Interpretation of the core content of the standard
This standard specifies the type classification, material requirements, performance parameters and test methods of circulating water pumps for swimming pools and spas. It is applicable to single-stage end-suction plastic/metal centrifugal water pump units, and clearly distinguishes the applicable temperature range of water pumps made of different materials (plastic ≤50℃/metal ≤100℃).

Key performance indicators
The efficiency of the water pump group must comply with the provisions of Appendix A, including:
- The energy efficiency of the variable frequency permanent magnet motor must meet the second level requirements of GB 30253
- The required cavitation margin ≤3.0m
- The noise limit is controlled according to GB/T 29529 Class C
Typical application scenarios
Case 1: An Olympic venue selected a SP-100X15X7.5-Gs-Bx stainless steel water pump. Under the conditions of a flow rate of 100m³/h and a head of 15m, the continuous operation energy efficiency reached 63.8%, and 30% energy saving was achieved through variable frequency regulation.
Case 2:The hot spring resort uses 30X23X2.2-Br-Sr plastic water pumps, and the corrosion-resistant design meets the requirements for 50℃ hot spring water delivery.
Implementation suggestions
- When selecting a model, choose the corresponding material according to the water quality (ordinary pool water/hot spring water/sea water)
- The opening area of the hair collector must be ≥ 2.5 times (integrated type) or 4 times (split type) of the water inlet area
- A water pressure test of 1.5 times the working pressure must be carried out during acceptance
