Scope

This standard specifies the technical requirements, statistical scope, calculation principles and methods, and energy-saving management for the energy consumption per unit product (hereinafter referred to as energy consumption) of prestressed concrete pipe columns. This standard applies to the calculation and assessment of the energy consumption per unit product of prestressed concrete pipe column production enterprises and the energy consumption control of new construction and renovation and expansion projects.
