Scope

This document provides guidance on the protection and management of protective expropriation sites in historical and cultural areas, as well as suggestions on the basis of management work, information collection and updating of protected buildings, expropriation inspection, site care and management, maintenance and repair of protected buildings, intellectual property management, evaluation and improvement. Note 1: The "historical style area" in this document includes historical and cultural style areas, style protection neighborhoods, style protection roads and style protection rivers. Note 2: The "protected buildings" in this document include historical buildings, immovable cultural relics and historical buildings to be preserved. Note 3, in the absence of confusion, the "historical style area protective expropriation base" in this document is referred to as "base". This document applies to the protection of protective expropriation bases in historical and cultural areas in Shanghai.
