Scope

This standard provides the normative requirements for the integrated management system framework of quality, occupational health and safety and environment, enabling organizations to plan unifiedly, integrate resources, and determine complementary goals, which is conducive to evaluating and improving the overall effectiveness and efficiency of the management system to better Properly meet relevant laws, regulations and other requirements (including requirements from customers and other relevant parties), ensure that the organization's quality, occupational health and safety and environmental management are controlled reliably, stably and effectively, and continuously improve overall performance and pursue excellence. This standard does not give specific quality, occupational health and safety and environmental performance criteria. This standard is applicable to various types of organizations in the power industry that have needs to establish, implement, maintain and improve integrated management systems. The requirements of the standard are universal, and the degree of application should be combined with the characteristics of the organization and depend on factors such as the organization's policies, processes or activities, the nature of its products and services, the size of the organization, operating locations and conditions.
