Scope

This standard specifies the organization, responsibilities, scope, content and technical management of technical supervision of thermal instrumentation and control systems in power plants. This standard applies to thermal power generation enterprises and hydropower generation enterprises operating on the grid. The thermal control technical supervision work of power supply enterprises can be implemented with reference to relevant sections.
