Scope

This standard specifies the basic technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation, storage, etc. of the power system safety and stability control system (hereinafter referred to as the stability control system). This standard applies to stability control systems. The safety and stability control devices of individual plants and stations (hereinafter referred to as stability control devices) can be referred to and implemented, and serve as the basis for the scientific research, design, manufacturing, inspection, and operation of such systems or devices.
