Scope

This standard specifies the cycle and method of ultrasonic partial discharge detection of gas-insulated metal-enclosed switchgear, and provides empirical criteria. This standard applies to gas-insulated metal-enclosed switchgear (GIS) of 126kV and above. Some metal-enclosed switchgear (HGIS) and tank circuit breakers that use gas insulation instead of air at atmospheric pressure as the insulating medium can be implemented as a reference. .
