Scope

This standard stipulates the basic safety requirements for helicopter power operation execution units and staff, including operation requirements, safety organizational measures, safety technical measures, operation safety precautions and safety protection, etc. This standard is applicable to transmission line inspections and live water flushing of insulators using manned helicopters on AC and DC overhead transmission lines.
