Standard Background and Scope of Application

This standard was issued by the National Energy Administration in 2016 and specifies the technical requirements and test methods for electric energy information collection terminal detection devices. It is applicable to the acceptance of detection equipment for various types of collection terminals such as special transformer terminals, public transformer terminals, and plant and station terminals, and provides a technical basis for the quality control of electric energy metering equipment in the power industry.
