Analysis of the core content of the standard

DL/T 2164-2020 specifies the technical requirements for the full life cycle of the differential resistance earth pressure gauge, mainly including:

  • Measuring range: pressure 0-3.2MPa, temperature -25~60℃
  • Accuracy index: terminal baseline linearity error ≤±2%FS, temperature measurement error ≤±0.5℃
  • Environmental adaptability: water pressure resistance 1.2 times the range, insulation resistance>50MΩ

The working principle is based on the change of differential resistance: pressure → displacement of pressure panel → pressure transmission liquid pushes induction membrane → change of resistance ratio of steel wire of sensitive element (R↓/R↑). The circuit adopts three-wire measurement to eliminate the influence of lead resistance.

Key points for implementation of the standard

Installation specifications

The medium type requires compaction of 200mm fine-grained soil around it, and the interface type requires the normal line of the induction membrane to be perpendicular to the interface. When pouring concrete, you should:

  1. Stop pouring after pre-embedded positioning
  2. Adjust the pressure gauge to be flush with the structural surface
  3. Continue pouring after fixing

Maintenance recommendations

Long-term storage must meet the following requirements: temperature -30~70℃, humidity ≤85%, and stay away from corrosive gases. During transportation, the following should be carried out:

  • Three-layer packaging (shock-proof foam + waterproof film + wooden box)
  • Sweep frequency vibration test with an acceleration of 2g
