Scope
This standard specifies the communication specifications between the computer monitoring system of a hydropower plant and the intelligent equipment, production control system and management information system in the plant. This standard applies to the design, manufacturing, installation and acceptance of computer monitoring systems for hydropower plants (including pumped storage power plants). The communication protocol of the centralized computer monitoring system of cascade hydropower plants and hydropower plant groups can be implemented as a reference.
