Scope
This standard specifies the tasks, responsibilities, main contents and management requirements for technical supervision of steam turbine regulation systems of thermal power plants that are integrated into the power grid. This standard is applicable to the technical supervision of various types of regulating systems for steam turbines with a capacity of 100MW and above operating on the grid. The technical supervision work of the regulating system of other types of turbines connected to the grid can also be implemented with reference to this.
