本规范规定了我国电力部进口252(245)- 550kV交流高压断路器和隔离开关的技术要求，以便加强对进口设备的管理，统一进口设备的基本技术规范，保证安全运行。
执行本规范时，尚应同时遵守中华人民共和国电力行业标准DL/T593-1996《高压开关设备的共用订货技术导则》。
超出本规范的要求应在相应的进日谈判技术文件中作出明确规定。
Scope
The provisions regarding rated parameters and test requirements in 1 to 4 of this specification must be strictly followed. If the ordering unit needs to be changed, it should be reported to the Department of Science and Technology of the Ministry of Energy for approval. Changes may not be made without approval. The clauses related to structure and performance requirements in 1 and 3 can be selected as needed. The terms in 5 are for reference when ordering and negotiating.
