Scope
This standard specifies the product markings and codes, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules and markings, packaging, transportation and storage of heat shrinkable cable accessories for plastic insulated and oil-paper insulated power cables with rated voltages of 26/35kV and below. This standard is applicable to heat shrinkable terminals for plastic insulated power cables with rated voltage U/U of 26/35kV and below, heat shrinkable joints for plastic insulated power cables of 8.7/10kV and below, and heat shrinkable joints for oil-paper insulated power cables of 8.7/10kV and below. Retractable terminal.
