Introduction
Analysis of the core content of the standard
| Technical module | 2004 edition | New content in the 2019 edition |
|---|---|---|
| Equipment type | Traditional electrostatic precipitator | Added technical requirements for low-temperature electrostatic precipitator and mobile plate type electrostatic precipitator |
| Power supply system | Industrial frequency power supply | Added test methods and troubleshooting for high-frequency power supply and three-phase power supply |
| Performance optimization | Basic operation requirements | New operation power consumption test (6.3.3) and optimization method (6.2) |
Key technical requirements
1. Inspection and acceptance specifications
Chapter 4 of the standard specifies the acceptance indicators of the main body/electrical system in detail:
- Pole spacing deviation: It must meet the requirements of DL/T 514. The discharge voltage should be increased by ≥2.5kV for every 10mm increase in pole spacing
- Vibration acceleration: Dust collecting plate ≥1470m/s², discharge electrode frame ≥1960m/s²
- Insulation resistance: High-voltage winding ≥1000MΩ, electric field internal ≥500MΩ
2.
Case: A 1000MW unit improved its dust removal efficiency by 2% and reduced power consumption by 15% by optimizing the vibration cycle
Article 6.2 of the standard clearly defines the optimization path:
- Establish a VI characteristic curve library under different loads
- Adopt an intermittent power supply mode of high-frequency power supply
- Adjust the ash hopper heating temperature according to the type of coal (low-temperature electrostatic precipitator requires key monitoring)
Maintenance and Overhaul Specifications
| Maintenance Items | Cycle | Technical Requirements |
|---|---|---|
| Transformer Oil Test | Yearly | Breakdown Field Strength>40kV/2.5mm |
| Grounding resistance detection | Yearly | ≤1Ω |
| Insulator cleaning | Quarterly | Wipe with anhydrous ethanol |
Safety Precautions
Chapter 8 of the standard specifically emphasizes:
- Double grounding discharge (high voltage end + shell) must be done before entering the electric field
- Working lighting voltage ≤24V
- The nuclear material level meter needs to rotate the radiation source 90° for isolation
Standard Evolution Analysis
This revision focuses on adapting to ultra-low emission requirements:
- Power supply technology: New flashover voltage requirements for high-frequency power supplies (need to be 10% higher than the power frequency)
- Material Specifications: Low-temperature electrostatic precipitators must use acid-resistant stainless steel plates
- Test Methods: Add reference to the JB/T 11395 test standard for three-phase power supply
