Scope

This standard specifies the evaluation method for the installation quality grade of step-up substation electrical equipment unit projects in hydropower and water conservancy capital construction projects. This standard is applicable to the quality grade assessment of the following electrical equipment installation unit projects in hydropower station step-up and transformation projects: 1 Main transformer (reactor) with a rated voltage of 35kV ~ 500kV. 2 High-voltage electrical equipment and devices with rated voltages of 35kV to 500kV. 3 The rated voltage is 0.4kV~35kV hydropower station feeder line.
