Introduction
Core changes in the standard revision
| 2002 Edition | 2018 Edition | Technological evolution |
|---|---|---|
| Inspection of hydraulic operating mechanism | Cancellation of this item | Adapting to the trend of oil-free equipment |
| Inspection of no expansion joint | New special inspection | Strengthening seismic requirements for GIS equipment |
| Inspection of valve type lightning arrester | Cancellation of related items | Elimination of old equipment types |
| Foundation grounding requirements | Addition of fence disconnection inspection | Improvement of anti-electric shock protection |
Key points for acceptance of key equipment
GIS equipment installation
Main control items:- Gas chamber pre-filled gas pressure value deviation ≤5%
- SF6 gas water content ≤150μL/L (handover value)
- Segmented loop resistance test requires the 100A DC voltage drop method
SF6 circuit breaker commissioning
Typical case: The measured B-phase loop resistance of a 500kV substation exceeded the standard. Upon inspection, it was found that the silver plating of the contacts was worn. After replacing the contacts, the resistance dropped from 55μΩ to 28μΩ (the standard requirement is ≤40μΩ)
Implementation suggestions
- During the transition period between the old and new standards, the interlocking test of the "five-prevention" function should be checked.
- It is recommended to use a laser leak detector to test the sealing of GIS.
- Vibration spectrum analysis and recording should be added when installing dry-type reactors.
