Analysis of key technical points

1. Support (hanger) bracket installation specifications

The straightness error of the entire length of the steel section is ≤5mm, and the diagonal error is ≤5mm. The bracket must be fixed with hot-dip galvanized bolts and the specified torque must be applied:

  • M12 bolts: 45-50N·m
  • M16 bolts: 80-90N·m

Implementation suggestions

Special requirements for the installation of tubular busbars:

  • Welded specimens must pass the tensile test (strength ≥85% of the parent material)
  • The installation spacing error of the damping wire is controlled within ±50mm
  • The cross-section of the expansion joint must be ≥1.2 times the cross-sectional area of the busbar
