Scope
This standard specifies the process methods, technical requirements, operation (construction) procedures and inspection standards for on-site assembly of hydro-generator rotors with a single unit capacity of 15MW and above. It is applicable to hydro-turbine generator rotors with a laminated yoke structure. Assembly at hydropower station site. This standard does not apply to the rotor assembly process that is assembled in the generator manufacturer and transported to the site as a whole. The hydrogenerator rotors referred to in this standard refer to conventional hydrogenerator rotors, bulb tubular hydrogenerator rotors and reversible pumped storage generator rotors. The on-site assembly process requirements of small hydrogenerator rotors may be implemented with reference to the corresponding provisions of this standard.
