Operation specifications for key equipment
Concrete pump truck must complete the following before operation:
- Hydraulic system pressure test (working pressure ≤ 28MPa)
- Delivery pipe seal inspection (withstands pressure ≥ 1.5 times of pumping pressure)
- Verification of boom deployment sequence (RZ type needs to deploy the first boom section first)

This regulation is based on the 2010 Energy Bureau Standard Plan (National Energy Technology [2010] No. 320), and formulates preventive measures for typical accidents such as concrete pump truck overturning and pipe burst in hydropower projects. Technological evolution is reflected in:
- Added restrictions on wind power environmental operations

- Strengthen environmental protection disposal requirements (waste oil recovery rate ≥ 90%)

- Hydraulic oil is replaced every 500 working hours
- Transmission pipe rotates 120° every 3000m³
- Safety valve monthly function test
