Operation specifications for key equipment

Concrete pump truck must complete the following before operation:

  • Hydraulic system pressure test (working pressure ≤ 28MPa)
  • Delivery pipe seal inspection (withstands pressure ≥ 1.5 times of pumping pressure)
  • Verification of boom deployment sequence (RZ type needs to deploy the first boom section first)
Case: During the construction of a hydropower station, the concrete pump truck single-sided support operating procedures were not followed, resulting in the settlement of the outriggers and an equipment tilt accident.

Background of Standard Development

This regulation is based on the 2010 Energy Bureau Standard Plan (National Energy Technology [2010] No. 320), and formulates preventive measures for typical accidents such as concrete pump truck overturning and pipe burst in hydropower projects. Technological evolution is reflected in:

  1. Added restrictions on wind power environmental operations
  2. Refine the distance matrix between the fabric arm and the transmission line
  3. Strengthen environmental protection disposal requirements (waste oil recovery rate ≥ 90%)

Implementation suggestions

Maintenance cycle:
  • Hydraulic oil is replaced every 500 working hours
  • Transmission pipe rotates 120° every 3000m³
  • Safety valve monthly function test

It is recommended to establish a 3D visual operation manual, integrating equipment parameters, risk warnings and emergency procedures.
