本标准根据国家发改委办公厅《关于印发2005年行业标准项目计划的通知》（发改办工业[2005]739号）的文件要求，结合我国已建和在建拱坝的新理论、新技术、新方法对原标准SD145-85《混凝土拱坝设计规范》进行修订。 本标准规定了拱坝设计的主要技术原则。 本标准适用于新建和改建的大、中型水电水利工程岩基上的1、2、3级混凝土拱坝的设计。
Scope
This standard specifies the main technical principles for arch dam design. This standard applies to the design of level 1, 2, and 3 concrete arch dams on rock foundations for newly built and renovated large and medium-sized hydropower and water conservancy projects. For arch dams with a dam height greater than 200m or with special problems, special research and demonstration on relevant issues should be conducted. The design of level 4 and 5 concrete arch dams and roller compacted concrete arch dams can be implemented as a reference.
