Scope

Optical communication engineering system design should be carried out in accordance with both this regulation and the "Technical Regulations on the Design of Synchronous Digital Series (SDH) Optical Cable Communication Engineering for Power Systems" DL/T 5404 and related regulations. The design of ultra-long distance optical transmission projects should implement the basic principles of "integrity, unity, advancement" and "economy, efficiency, and security" of communication networks, and implement my country's current relevant power industry and communication industry technical standards. The design of ultra-long distance optical transmission projects should be combined with the power communication development plan.
