Scope
Optical communication engineering system design should be carried out in accordance with both this regulation and the "Technical Regulations on the Design of Synchronous Digital Series (SDH) Optical Cable Communication Engineering for Power Systems" DL/T 5404 and related regulations. The design of ultra-long distance optical transmission projects should be combined with the power communication development plan.
