Nomenclature for fittings model

1 Scope

This standard specifies the nomenclature for fittings model.

This standard is applicable to fittings for overhead power lines, substations and power station distribution devices with rated voltage of 35kV and above.

3 General requirements for model nomenclature

3.1 The fittings model designations generally consist of Chinese phonetic alphabets (hereinafter referred to as letters) and Arabic numerals (hereinafter referred to as numbers), and Roman numerals or other numbers shall not be used.

3.2 The letters used in the designations shall be capitalized Chinese phonetic alphabets, and I and O shall not be used. Letters shall not be designated with corner marks.

3.3 The symbols used in the designation shall be multiplication sign (*), left slash (/), dash (-) and decimal point (.).
