Scope

This standard applies to high-voltage AC circuit breakers within the scope of DL/T 402-2007. Within the scope of the test methods specified in 6.102-6.111 of DL/T 402-2007, this standard gives general rules for testing the closing and breaking capabilities of high-voltage AC circuit breakers using synthetic methods. The methods and techniques described in this standard are general. The purpose of this standard is to determine the criteria for synthesis testing and to make an appropriate evaluation of the test results. This criterion will confirm that the validity of the test method will not change due to changes in the test circuit.
