2. Trauma First Aid
Detailed tourniquet usage specifications: Mark the start time/location and release for 3-5 minutes every 30-40 minutes. Added a multi-person collaborative transport method for tower casualties, requiring the use of a pulley system and an air rescue stretcher.
Recommendations for Standard Implementation
Training Key Points: All power workers must master the manual cardiopulmonary resuscitation in Appendix A, and frontline personnel must also master the use of equipment. New employees must pass an assessment and receive refresher training every 2-3 years.
Equipment Configuration: The number of items in a simple first aid kit will increase from 19 to 30, and must include professional equipment such as silicone respirators and snap-on tourniquets.
Technology Evolution Analysis
This standard eliminates outdated methods such as punching the chest area on towers and introduces the internationally recognized head tilt and chin lift method for airway opening. New content has been added to address the unique characteristics of power operations, such as the treatment of bee stings and the management of combined injuries from falls from heights.
