DL/T 698.41-2010 电能信息采集与管理系统第4-1部分：通信协议－主站与电能信息采集终端通信（代替DL/T698-1999）本部分在DL/T 698.31电能信息采集终端通用要求的基础上，规定了通信协议－主站与电能信息采集终端通信的特殊要求及其相应的试验方法。

　　由于原DL/T698-1999《低压电力用户集中抄表系统技术条件》只是解决城市电网一户一表改造工程后大量低压用户的电能量采集，已经不适应当前电力生产经营管理和电力营销技术的发展。为适应当前电力营销信息管理现代化的要求和发展，修订的标准扩展为电力系统各类终端侧电能实时信息的采集与管理系统。

Scope

This part specifies the frame format, data encoding and transmission rules for data transmission between the master station and the power information collection terminal in the power information collection and management system. This section applies to point-to-point, multi-point collinear and point-to-multipoint communication methods. It is suitable for communication between the master station and the terminal in the master-slave question and answer method and the terminal's active upload method.
