本标准规定了大型汽轮发电机定于绕组端部动态特性的测量方法及评定准则。本标准适用于额定功率为200ＭＷ及以上的国产汽轮发电机。在新机交接、大修、受到短路冲击、更换线棒、改变定于绕组端部固定结构或必要时，应对定于绕组端部进行动态特性测量。进口汽轮发电机和额定功率在200ＭＷ以下的国产汽轮发电机可参考本标准执行。
