本标准规定了水轮机调节系统及装置的运行与检修技术要求；故障及事故处理措施；检修维护的基本内容及计划、工期控制原则等。
本标准适用于工作容量350Nm 及以上的水轮机电液调速器及其配套使用的油压装置与附属设备，包括数字式、模拟式电液调节系统及装置。其他容量、类型的水轮机调速器及配套使用的油压装置与附属设备可参照执行。

Scope

This standard specifies the technical requirements for the operation and maintenance of hydraulic turbine regulating systems and devices, fault and accident handling measures, basic content and plans for maintenance and repair, and construction schedule control principles. This standard applies to hydraulic turbine electro-hydraulic speed regulators with a working capacity of 350N·m and above and their supporting hydraulic devices and ancillary equipment, including digital and analog electro-hydraulic regulating systems and devices. Other capacities and types of hydraulic turbine speed regulators and supporting hydraulic devices and ancillary equipment may be implemented by reference.
