本标准规定了已运行水电厂对机组及其辅助设备、全厂公用设备等状态监测的非电量变送器、传感器进行运行维护、技术改造和性能检验等方面的基本要求。
本标准适用于单机容量为1OMW及以上的水电厂;单机容量在1OMw 以下的水电厂也可参照执行。
本标准不适用于大坝安全监测系统和水情自动测报系统的非电量变送器、传感器的运行管理与检验。

Scope

This standard stipulates the basic requirements for operation, maintenance, technical transformation and performance inspection of non-electricity transmitters and sensors for status monitoring of units, auxiliary equipment, public equipment of the whole plant, etc. in operating hydropower plants. This standard applies to hydropower plants with a single unit capacity of 10MW and above; hydropower plants with a single unit capacity of less than 10MW can also be implemented by reference. This standard does not apply to the operation management and inspection of non-electrical transmitters and sensors in dam safety monitoring systems and automatic water regime reporting systems.
