Scope
This standard specifies the operating essentials and technical requirements for sub-system trial operation and complete start-up trial operation of steam turbines and their auxiliary equipment for newly built, expanded, and renovated units in thermal power generation construction projects. This standard is applicable to turbine-generator units with a capacity of 300MW and above. The start-up and commissioning of turbine-generator units with a capacity of less than 300MW can be implemented as a reference.
