本标准适用于A型脉冲反射式超声波探伤仪,以纵波接触法(纵波直探头、纵波斜探头)表面波为主的超声波检验。


Scope

This standard specifies the basic requirements, inspection methods and acceptance criteria for ultrasonic inspection of solid rotor bodies of solid forged steam turbines in thermal power plants. This standard is applicable to A-type pulse reflection ultrasonic flaw detector, ultrasonic inspection based on longitudinal wave contact method (longitudinal wave straight probe, longitudinal wave oblique probe) and surface wave. The basic requirements, inspection methods, and acceptance standards stipulated in this standard are only for the solid rotor body of the integrally forged steam turbine, and do not involve the inspection of the steam turbine blades. The relevant inspections of the integrally forged steam turbine rotor body with a center hole can also be performed with reference to this standard. .
