本标准适用于纺织上浆用浆料的化学需氧量(COD)/五日生化需氧量(BOD5)的测定。
本标准对被检测浆料制成的试样,其化学需氧量(COD)测定下限为15 mg/L,测定上限为1000mg/L,其氯离子浓度不应大于1000mg/L;对于化学需氧量(COD)大于1000mg/L或氯离子含量大于1000mg/L的试样,可经适当稀释后进行测定。
本标准对被检测浆料制成的试样,其生化需氧量(BOD5)的测量范围是2mg/L~6000mg/L;对于生化需氧量(BOD5)大于6000mg/L 的试样,可经适当稀释后进行测定。


Scope

This standard specifies the method for the determination of chemical oxygen demand (COD)/five-day biochemical oxygen demand (BOD) of sizing materials used for textile sizing. This standard is applicable to the determination of chemical oxygen demand (COD)/five-day biochemical oxygen demand (BOD) of sizing materials used for textile sizing. In this standard, for samples made from the tested slurry, the lower limit of determination of chemical oxygen demand (COD) is 15 mg/L, the upper limit of determination is 1 000 mg/L, and the chloride ion concentration should not be greater than 1 000 mg/L. ; For samples with chemical oxygen demand (COD) greater than 1 000 mg/L or chloride ion content greater than 1 000 mg/L, the measurement can be carried out after appropriate dilution. For samples made from the tested slurry, the measurement range of biochemical oxygen demand (BOD) of this standard is 2 mg/L~6 000 mg/L; for biochemical oxygen demand (BOD) greater than 6 000 mg/L The sample can be measured after appropriate dilution.
