本标准规定了海岛涤锦复合短纤维的术语和定义、产品标识、技术要求、试验方法、检验规则和标志、包装、运输、贮存的要求。
本标准适用于以碱溶性聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯（COPET）为海相，聚己内酰胺（PA6）为岛相生产的，开纤前线密度2.0 dtex～4.0 dtex、开纤后单丝线密度0.03 dtex ～0.09 dtex，涤锦比例范围25/75～35/65，圆形截面、半消光、本色的海岛涤锦复合短纤维。其他类型的海岛复合短纤维可参照使用。
Scope
This standard specifies the terms and definitions, product identification, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules and marking, packaging, transportation and storage requirements for island polyester and nylon composite staple fibers. This standard is applicable to products produced with alkali-soluble polyethylene terephthalate (COPET) as the marine phase and polycaprolactam (PA6) as the island phase. The density before fiber opening is 2.0 dtex~4.0 dtex and the linear density after fiber opening is 0.03 dtex~0.09 dtex, polyester-nylon ratio range 25/75~35/65, circular cross-section, semi-matte, natural color island polyester-nylon composite short fiber. Other types of island composite short fibers can be used as reference.
